But there are also other connections. One of these is the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford which was founded by the Russian-Ukrainian oligarch Leonid Blavatnik and which is led by the trilateralist Ngaire Woods (she was also part of the G20 High Level Independent Panel on Financing the Global Commons for Pandemic Preparedness and Response). The Blavatnik School was as recently as 2022 responsible for the World Economic Forum's strategic intelligence area Global Governance and is a partner of the G20 and G7 advisory think tank Global Solutions Initiative.
The financier Sir. Len Blavatnik, who is Britain's richest man, built his fortune in the aluminum industry during the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the sell-offs and privatizations of the country's companies under the guidance of economist and WEF adept Anatoly Chubais.
